Finding Solutions Together
Work together with our supportive staff to discover solutions to the challenges you face as a student. We use a case management approach to assist you in navigating on-campus and off-campus resources.
Assistance Offered
- Individual meetings to assess concerns of students in distress or crisis
- Referrals to campus and/or community resources
- Consultations with faculty, staff and the community on a variety of issues
- Assist students who need assistance but are unsure which office to contact
Common Issues Addressed by Student Advocacy
- Death of student, friend or family member
- Student hospitalization for a physical or psychological condition
- Financial hardship
- Difficulty navigating campus
- Changes in behavior and well-being concerns
